In 2014, the American Red Cross celebrated 100 years of service in Colorado and Wyoming. Marking the occasion is the newly constructed Century Center, located at the regional Red Cross headquarters in Denver. The Century Center was designed to showcase the rich history of the Red Cross and its service throughout the region, while providing additional capacity for training and disaster response.

Collaborating with the Regional American Red Cross Facility Director and architecture firm Gensler, the Environments team helped create clean, modern gathering spaces to complement the history and memorabilia featured throughout the facility. The office space design includes several break out spaces with a variety of collaborative seating from Global, Davis, Allseating, and Allermuir; a multi-functional training room with National Waveworks tables; and polished meeting spaces with red accents, a warm splash of color that pays tribute to the Red Cross’s mission.
