The Environments team was excited to partner with Anschutz Exploration, an oil and gas company expanding its headquarters to a new floor in downtown Denver. The Anschutz team requested that each employee have their own private, modern workspace.
Environments partnered closely with Global Furniture Group and their Evolve systems furniture line to achieve the perfect modern design. Each private office was specified with Global’s Corby collection of veneer and laminate desks, tables, and storage elements. The design limited traditional filing and included areas for personal storage. The Evolve panel systems were designed to create a quiet, private workspace, limiting noise from surrounding neighbors.
Two OFS Room booths create an area for private video conferencing and phone calls. Room booths are made from three layers of soundproofing material and each has a built-in desk and magnetic backboard, along with an Ethernet port and integrated power.
Four conference rooms were designed to accommodate different team meetings, from small meetings of four or fewer people to spaces for larger groups of up to 16 participants.
Individual desks and workspaces accommodate up to three computer monitors, including sit-stand worksurfaces and areas for personal storage. Additional features that Environments provided and installed include glass chair mats for each workpspace, nameplates, coat hooks, and Quartet glass boards for visual collaboration.
This project included 25 private offices, 20 workstations, 4 conference rooms, 2 Phone Booths, a break room, and reception furniture.
